个人简介

Dr. Lei Chen is an investigator in College of Future Technology, Peking University, China. His research interest is on the structural mechanism of proteins involved in human diseases, especially cardiovascular disease and metabolic diseases. His lab has determined the structures of several important drug targets, including the metabolic sensor KATP channel (2017), the nitric oxide receptor soluble guanylate cyclase (2019), and the glucose transporter SGLT2 (2021).
