Abstract: This talk with focus on characterizing laser microbeam interactions with cells and tissues by ultrafast imaging and probe beam scattering techniques at the Institute of Biomedical Optics, Univ. Lübeck, Germany. It will explore perspectives for combining microbeam manipulation and probe beam monitoring with wide-field superresolution microscopy.
